Realization of science-technical project was obtained new data about fundamental mechanisms of ion channel function, particularly native and cloning low-voltage calcium channels, voltage-gated potassium channels, ligand-gated ion channel in nociceptive neurons. Pathogenetic mechanisms of changed due to allelic polymorphism genetic information realization was investigated in pathogenesis of cardio-vascular disease, especially was demonstrated functional meaning of eNOS promoter allelic polymorphism and allelic variant of genes coding subunits of immunoproteasome.5635
