Investigation of innocence this drug have shown that Flokalin over a long leading not to cause appreciable abnormality of functioning of organs and systens. In experiment with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion has shown that Flokalin had expressed cardioprotective properties: vastly improved cardiac function during reperfusion, in particular, improved recovery the contractive activities of myocardium, prevented appearance of reperfusion vasoconstriction in ischemic hearts, increased minute volume of blood and decreased general peripheral resistance of vessels.
