Both types of injury caused inhibition of oocyte meiotic maturation, the increased death of follicular cells and those of thymus and lymph nodes. The donor of nitric oxide molsidomin exerted a protective effect on the oocyte maturation and follicular cells survival in both models. In contrast, epiphysis hormone melatonin favored oocyte maturation and decreased the apoptotic death of follicular and immunocompetent cells in case of xenogenic anti-ovary antibodies application only. It is concluded that nitric oxide donors as well as melatonin can be regarded as potential medications upon some types of autoimmune ovary injury.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
