Description

The developed rules specify the order of organization of immediate actions of personnel at objects of Fuel and Energy Industry (FEI) in case of obtaining the information about the threat of terrorist or extremist intentions/attack and establish the scope of responsibility and distribution of authorities in accordance to the category of personnel. These rules help FEI managing personnel to organize staff actions in extreme and extraordinary situations to protect life and health of people, and also to ensure the conditions of investigation of criminal incidents by law machinery.Field of application: objects of Power and Energy Complex vulnerable to terrorist attack during their lifetime and after changing their destination.
