Standards summarize the requirements to the methods of the low temperature preparation and control of viability of primary trypsin and continuous cell cultures, requirements concerning the questions of preparation and control of efficiency of cryoprotectors and cryoprotective media, and also methods of estimation of intensity of lipid peroxide oxidation in biological objects. In standards the methods of cry preservation, preparations of cryoprotective media, are given, methods of control of viability of cell cultures and determination of their mitotic regime before and after cryo preservation. The methods of determination of the level of diene conjugants and malonic dialdehyde in heptanoic extract biological liquids are described, determinations of indexes of peroxide resistance of erythrocytes and general antioxidative activity of blood plasma, catalase activity, glutathione peroxidase activity, glutathione -S- transferase activity, vitamins A E, C and carotinoid activity.
