Therefore expedientlyis more full in rather short times to use a technology factor of conservation of energy, in particular(personally) maximum to improve existing, to create and to insert more modern technologies of a low kind(variety) and brown coal, washery refuses of coal etc. for effecting thermal and electrical energy.
