The techniques of synthesis of a new polyionenes with ethyleneoxide, aliphatic and aromatic units with various ion concentrations are developed. The glass transition for synthesized polyionenes is in a range -45...71ОС and increased with reduction of length of a ethyleneoxide fragment. In dielectric spectra of polyionenes with low ionic concentration is shown dipole-relaxation, connected with local movement of molecular chain and conductivity's relaxation. The high level of ionic conductivity increased with increase of concentration the ionic centers (10-3 S/sm - 10-5 S/sm at room temperatures) is characteristic for a considered polyionenes. For the first time is established, that the acoustic spectra of polyionenes with ethyleneoxides and aliphatics fragments are characterized by presence of two areas structural relaxation's.
