The influence of chemical and structural perfection on mechanical and electro-physical descriptions monocrystalline and directly reinforced ceramic composition materials on the base of rare earth and transitional metals borides and boron carbide are experimentally set, that allows largely to provide efficiency of their application in microelectronics, nuclear and aerospace technique, device construction, metallurgy. Intercommunication between nature of initial components, kinetic parameters of process of the directed crystallization and structurally-geometrical descriptions of phase constituents of directly crystallized eutectic alloys on the basis of lanthanum hexaboride and boron carbide is set. It allowed to provide physical bases of management of a structure, properties of conductivity and mechanical durability of such composites, which consist in increasing of rate ofcrystallization due to increase of amounts and decrease of sizes of the diboride inclusion, as a result is multiplied microhardness, fracture toughness, bending durability and conductivity of composites.
