Clinical, roentgenologic, electro-physiological laboratory methods, CСТ, MRI, statistical methods were used in the work. On the basis of the developed mathematical model the series of experiments were carried out, that allowed to prove the construction of mobile implants for a neck vertebromotion segment. The algorithm of choice of method of operative treatment of the degenerative distrophic diseases of spine is offered.
