Aim of study - to investigate early alterations of cerebral circulation after action of different components of blast mine injury and evaluation of the pathogenic dependence of these alterations on systemic circulation alterations and on prevent action of industrial environmental factors. Methods of the study - experimental modeling of blast mine injury in original device, tetrapolar impedance rheography (polygraph P4CH-02). In the contusion, thermal and toxic blast mine injury severe disorders of cerebral circulation occur. Circulatory hypoxia and inability to maintain adequate brain oxygenation develop due to decreasing of stroke volume, heart output, and systolic and minute cerebral circulation. On the basis of prevent prolonged action of industrial environmental factors on rats more severe disorders of cerebral circulation occur in the early stage of blast injury then in case without this load. Disorders of cerebral circulation depend on systemic circulation in aggravated contusion and thermal blast mine injury. In aggravated toxic blast mine injury compensatory abilities of the body appear less pronounced in cerebral circulation than in systemic.
