Moreover, highly resistant animals are characterized by clear growth of parasympathetic activity (in 4,4 times) in response to pharmacological stimulation of ?-adrenal receptors. 2 hours duration of SIR in highly-resistant rats leads to regular growth of power of autonomic regulation: the tonus of parasympathetic part doubles while the tonus of sympathetic part increases in 3,2 times. During the first hours of SIRS course the tissue activity of cathepsin D increased, and the most early and strong activation of the enzyme was in the liver and kidney. Lactate dehydrogenase activity increased according to pathologic process duration and in the highly resistant group was less; in both groups the gain of enzyme activity was lack in the lungs and kidney. The levels of malonic dialdehyde concentration and catalase activity both increased (on average 4,3 times and 1,6 times accordingly). The lowly resistant group of rats was lack endogenous ?-tocopherol in the liver. Selective pharmacological stimulation of N-cholinoreceptors during 8 h after cecum ligation and puncture partly prevented of intensification of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant mechanisms, inhibited activation of lactate dehydrogenase and cathepsin D in the internal organs. As result, the 10-days survival probability was increased in 46%. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
