The kinetics of structural phase transition in solid helium between two crystal phases BCC and HCP was studied at temperatures of 1.25 - 1.90 K and pressures of 2.5 - 3.1 MPa. Experimental investigation of temperature dependence of thermal conductivity of ethyl alcohol was carried out for all solids states.
