Clinical morphological investigation was performed of mother-placenta-fetus system, considering compensatory adaptive, circulatory and involutive-dystrophic processes in placentae of women with hepatitis, obesity, gestosis, in ecologically induced insufficiency of placenta, followed by hypoxia and intrauterine growth retardation, in HIV-infection, intrauterine infection of fetus. Changes in fetoplacental system were estimated as primary and secondary compensated and subcompensated placental insufficiency. It was determined that including data on antiphospholipid antibodies, regulating systems of the pregnant in the investigation improves diagnostic possibilities with timely preventive measures.
