In thesis some peculiarities of acute obstructive bronchitis at children are certain on a modern stage: cases of acute obstructive bronchitis at teenagers are increase (their particle makes 13,2 % ± 2,9 % among hospitalized children); many children with an acute obstructive bronchitis are smoking (among teenagers - 33,3%). The frequency of tobacco-smoking is increased with age, ?2 = 0,003, р < 0,01. The rheologycal violations are found out at 70,5 % children with acute obstructive bronchitis. The criteria of prognosis of unfavorable motion of acute obstructive bronchitis are certain. The scheme of stage mucolytic therapy is offered for the children with acute obstructive bronchitis.
