The purpose of research effort is a revision of methodical recommendations from creation and introduction of the information analysis system of the National center of cadastre of greenhouse gases on the basis of application of data warehouse. Result of accomplishment of work - a modernized programmatic technical complex and databases in questions of the system of inventarization of emissions of contaminant and greenhouse gases of the National center of cadastre put into operation.
