A develope technology of the fusion melt aluminium processing out of stove, that found on the fast cooling of hat ligature (1223 K) in processing of mixing its with basis alloy at proportion of components as 1:4. This technology permit to grow assimilate of refractory modifying addition by melt aluminium till 90 % and firmnes wear and tear of casting with standard foundry Al-Si alloys by constant resistance to rupture 260-265 MPa and 20-25 %. A develope and a controle methodic of the receipt foundry technical insistence materials an the basis copper alloys, a creatione new class this materials and a propose new technologycal decisions of mouting friction-knotes. The adaption on production real technology permit to grow in 1,4-1,5 time longlife friction-knotes and to economize shortage of materials system Ni-Ti.
