Investigation BCR- and CD150-mediated signaling pathways in human naive B-cells of tonsils. popup.stage_title Head Gluzman DF, Sidorenko SP, Registration Date 13-12-2007 Organization R.E. Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 The immunophenotypic features and molecular genetic markers of blast cells of patients with different forms and cytological variants of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and acute lymphoid leukaemia (ALL) were studied. The results of research provided new sight into the nature and origin of leukaemic blast cells in M0-M7 variants of AML, 4 variants of precursor B-cell ALL. We identify and study BCR- and CD150-mediated signaling pathways that are initiated via B cell receptor in naive B cells, and to study the modulating effect of CD150 co-receptor molecules on the level of signaling events. We detected that CD150 expression in B cells could change the BCR induced gene expression program of JNK2 and Akt. These results are important for the understanding of the processes, which determine the immunological memory. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
