The aim of the work is to develop regulations on application of over moistened soils in road construction. The methods of the study are experimental research of physical and mechanical properties of samples of soil, treated with lime. As a result of the research of physical and mechanical properties of samples of soil treated with lime there defined optimal quantity of lime for stabilization of over moistened soil.
