Field integrated geophysical investigations using methods of VES, magnetic survey, gas-emanation survey, earth's natural pulsed magnetic field and correlation refraction seismic investigations have been conducted. Dynamic elastic parameters of rocks have been calculated and increase in seismic activity by acoustic impedance method has been calculated. Forecast maps of anomalous zones have been generated and zones of failed seamy rocks, zones of increased moisture- and water content, zones of faulting have been delineated and also the predicted development of subsidence movement boundary using geophysical data for the near future has been shown. A generalized geologic-geophysical and physical-mathematical model of rock mass of the landslide-hazardous area on the north coast of the Azov Sea has been developed.
