Purpose: Scientific substantiation of the program of innovation development of clinical medicine with the consideration of main fields of Ukrainian innovation policy. Methods: Analytical systemic processing of the information, questionnaires. Results and novelty: The project novelty consists in the fact that the obtained findings about the structure and mechanisms of activity of main organizations dealing with transfer of medical technologies, information provision of innovation infrastructure of medicine can be used to assess the requirements of the users for further improvement of information provision of innovation activity in clinical medicine. For the first time, proposals as to stimulation of invention and patent activity in the establishments of Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, proposals about creation of innovation foundation for support of innovation activity and transfer of medical technologies were prepared. A model of a network of transfer of medical innovations, a project of a program of innovation development of clinical medicine were substantiated. The ways of carrying out the program were developed. Degree of introduction: 41 works, of them 10 articles in specialized journals, a dictionary and scientific reference were published. The materials of the work were presented at 17 scientific conferences, of them 10 international. A scientific practical conference “Intellectual property in medicine and biology: contemporary state and ways of development”, at which urgent problems of the program of innovation activity development in the field of clinical medicine, was organized.
