Purpose: To improve the schemes of multimodality treatment for breast cancer using new technologies of transplantation of autologous stem cells of the bone marrow. Methods and Equipment: Cytological, morphological, biochemical. Results and their novelty: For the first time, a method of labeled bone marrow stem cells (BMSC) using 99mТс was worked out. The possibility of their vital identification after transplantation was demonstrated; obtain new data about the directions of migration and distribution of labeled transplanted cells in the process of regeneration of the liver in rats and at experimental radiation myelodepression. BMSC transplantation at radiation myelodepression was shown to prevent bone marrow exhaustion and promote restoration of its cells in short terms. At myelodepression of cytotoxic origin (treatment with cyclophosphane of tumor-carrying rats), transplantation of BMSC reduced endogenic intoxication due to reduction of peroxidation level in addition to restoration of blood and bone marrow parameters. The rates of regeneration and restoration of the functions in the liver after partial hepatectomy were determined to depend on the methods of administration of BMSC (intravenous, intraorgan). Sphere of application: medicine, oncology, radiology. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
