The aim of the work is the research of actual problems of establishing and development of legal culture under the conditions of functioning of public society. Methods of investigation are the analytical, structural, systematic, historical, logical, comparative and legal, formal and logical as well as the complex approach to studying the problem of establishing and development of legal culture. This investigation is conditioned by the necessity of studying peculiarities and regularities of establishing and development of national legal culture and legal system, the analysis of European legal cultural influence on this process. The absence of the complex working out of given problems in the national legal science confirms the importance of the theme of investigation and the significance of the given results. The results received during the carrying out o this scientific and research work and the conclusions used during the preparation of corporative monographs, textbooks, the working out of expertise of draft laws and other legal acts.
