Carrying out of complex clinical -laboratory and tool inspection of children who were born from irradiated parents, has allowed to establish presence of features of functioning of bodies of breath, digestion, cardiovascular and immune systems. Their functional condition is influenced by a difficult complex of factors, leaders from which are the burdened heredity, an adverse micro-social environment, numerous medical and biologic risk factors at mother, presence of pathological conditions in the period born, chest and early children's age. Correlation communications between adose of an irradiation of a thyroid gland of mother, a dose of the general irradiation of parents and development immunodepressive conditions at children of the basic groups, and also increase of frequency of bronchial hyperreactance depending on activity 137Сs in a body of the child are revealed.
