Object of researches: indicators of disease and prevalence of diseases at children who were born from irradiated parents. Methods of researches: statistical, mathematical. Results of performance of NDR testify that last 20 years significant growth of parameters of desease and prevalence of diseases as at children who have been born at irradiated parents (4 group of the primary account) is observed, and at the children's population of Ukraine. Results of the comparative analysis prove, that growth of parameters of desease and prevalence of diseases at children who have been born at irradiated parents, occured faster rates, than at the children's population of Ukraine. On the basis of developed prognosis models it is shown, that these negative tendencies will be kept in the near future. Constant growth of parameters of desease and prevalence of diseases at children who have been born at irradiated parents, specifies insufficient efficiency of organizational and treatment-and-prophylactic actions which were carried out by present time, necessity of their improvement and development of the newest technologies of preservation and recovery of healt of the children's contingents injured owing to Chernobyl accident is proved.
