The purpose of operation - research and analysis of dynamic characteristics of thermal pyroelectric sensors and systems on their basis for stability to vibrations, and also research of merit of obtained thermal images. Methods of a research - dynamic methods of a research of performances of thermal pyroelectric sensors and systems on their basis, calculus, methods of transformation of vectors and matrixes, methods of mathematical statistics and digital treatment of signals, methods of operation with gray scale images, computer mathematical and numerical methods. The optimum parameters of signal electrodes pyroelectric sensors are determined. The routes of reduction of mechanical and high-frequency noises in пиросенсорах are placed. The technique of reduction of radiation defects is offered. For lowering negative effect of noises the system of electron indemnification and substrate having a high specific denseness is offered. The analytical relations for account of an output signal are obtained at pulse irradiation of a sensing layer of the thermal sensor. The methods of the coordination of an output signal of the thermal sensor with the scheme of treatment are recommended. The recommendations for creation of devices of vacuum - plasma bonding with minimum radiation effect on pyroelectric sensors of a pattern are developed, and the modes of their operation are determined. In an outcome of modeling of thermal effect of sensing elements of the sensor their geometrical parameters are determined. The new parameters of merit of a thermal image - simplified and relative are obtained. The recommendations for improving thermal images are developed. The classification is offered, and the method of improving of digital thermal images is developed on the basis of a new relative integrated parameter of merit. Prognostic of the assumption concerning development of objects of a research - theobtained analytical ratios will allow to construct models of an output signal of the thermal sensor, depending on it of design data and operational modes. The offered techniques will allow to measure parameters of thermal sensors. The conducted researches will allow to optimize a process engineering of manufacturing of thermal sensors and to increase their sensitivity on 7 %. The relevant application of thermal sensors is the use them in systems of technical diagnostics of man-caused objects (chemical, metallurgical, power branch), damages on which can result in significant economic losses and destruction of the strategically relevant objects. The offered new(novel) parameters of merit, recommendation and method of improving of thermal images will allow to develop new systems of image processing.
