Physicochemical and technological characteristics of developed biocomplices (Fe3+-alginate, Fe3+-carboxymethylamylum, Fe3+-hydroxide-carboxymethylcellulose) were determined. It was established that at pharmacokinetic and pharmacological indices Fe3+-hydroxide-carboxymethylcellulose exceeded other studied biocomplices and it was the most perspective for further studies at the choice of optimal combination with biologically active substances for the development of drug dosage form. The dependence of iron from the composition of biologically active components of developed samples of drug dosage form was shown, and the combination, which provided high level of iron absorption in gastrointestinal tract and marked antianemic effect - Fe3+-hydroxide-carboxymethylcellulose with macroelements, trace elements and B group vitamins, was established. On the basis of obtained data was made a conclusion concerning expediency and availability of further studies of chosen combination for the development of effective drug of new generation for the treatment of asiderotic anemia of children and adults.
