It was determined that dissolution of flavonoids in water can be obtained with the use of derivation of boric acid with the formation of water-soluble complex. An impact to the complexation of different processing factors, particularly temperature conditions and duration of reactions conducting, pH of the solution and an order of the introduction of reagents into the solution was studied. At the development of ophthalmologic drugs, for chosen concentrations of active substances of flavonoidic nature an impact of solution pH to the stability of active substance depending on qualitative and quantitative content during long shelf life was studied. At the development of soft drugs rheological characteristics of acrylate copolymers were studied. Obtained data can be used for the development of different gel base of preparations in soft drug dosage forms depending on required biopharmaceutical characteristics: drugs with prolonged effect, with active substance with local or systemic effect; for the applying on skin or mucous membranes; with required release rate etc. Obtained data can be used for the development of new drugs as effective pharmaceutical forms with broad spectrum of therapeutic effect.
