For providing of population of region by the basic products of stock-raising production of meat of all prospects in living weight it is necessary to multiply to 135,4 thousand of tons, milk - to 429 thousand of tons, that requires 17,2 million tons to. odes. At the observance of intensive technology of production of milk (productivity is 3000-6000 kg) and growing to the sapling of KRS in the milk cattle breeding (an average daily increase is 600-700 g) it is possible to provide profitable production of beef with the level of profitability 28,9 - 44,1 and 13,9 - 24,5 %. Production of beef on technology of the meat cattle breeding at providing of average daily increase can be covered a cost with the level of profitability 6,1 - 12,0 %. In the pig breeding under reaching an average daily increase 300-400 ? the level of profitability can be 31,5 - 61,6 %.
