The developed changes in the heat circuit of the GSTP "Vodoliy" enhance the effectiveness of the common generation of electric and heat energy, provide absence of its electric power dependence on the ambient temperature. There have been made appropriate changes in GSTP's mathematic model that allow to analyze its operation in the mode of mechanical energy generation as well as in the mode of joint electric and heat energy generation.
