Influence of spatial heterogeneity, deformation defect of shear modulus, and temperature dependence of viscosity are studied on melting of lubricant. Phase portraits are built in the different kinetic modes. Taking into account the noise a phase diagram is built with the domains of dry, sliding, and interrupted friction, and also the qualitative analysis of time series is carried out for all domains of diagram.
