The purpose of work was: to develop parameters of the standard sonography of a method of diagnostics pregnancy in embrio period of development (30-35 days of pregnancy); to develop parameters of the standard for definition of quality native undiluted sperm of the cocks and turkey-cocks; to develop specifications of manufacturing of environments for a storage sperm of the hogs and stallions. Development SOU on diagnostics pregnancy by a method sonography; native undiluted sperm of the cocks both turkey-cocks and environment for a storage sperm of the hogs and stallions is urgent, because will promote early diagnostics pregnancy, objective estimation of quality of biological objects, which will be used at artificial insemination of the cows, mares, swaines, hens and turkeys. Paying attention on a urgency as a result of the carried out work for the accounting period, stage by stage, was executed all tasks expected by the additional agreement № 1 from November 24 2006г. to the contract № 109с/31 from July 5 2006: the tax, study and analysis of materials on a theme is carried out; is developed the first edition of the projects of the standards on responses; the analysis and processing of responses is carried out and is combined on them collection; the completion of the projects of the standards and explanatory slip by results of responses is made; is dispatched the second edition of the projects SOU on responses; is modified final edition of the projects of the standards; Is coordinated final editions of the projects SOU with SE "UkrSRSC", State department veterinary medicine of Ukraine, National association on breeding business in animal industries "Ukrtribingjoint", Ministry of protection of health of Ukraine, SC"Ukragrostandartsertification", is authorized them on scientific - methodical and scientific and technical радах секций of veterinary medicine and animal industries; is authorized SOU by the deputy minister of agrarian politics of Ukraine and is registered in SE "UkrSRSC", the business in fund ND of the Ministry of agrarian politics for the account, preservation and edition is prepared.
