Coming-up there is one of the main of the factors, which characterize the quality seed. This factor there is base at verse-sale seed, furlough seed on sowing. The Level of the factor coming-up influences upon calculation of the rate seeding. The Outdated normative base does the impossible qualitative determination leading indexes quality seed. The Determination coming-up is closely connected with the other object of the standardizations this branches, amongst which standard specifications on seed 24 types of the medicinal cultures. Exists crowding intercoupling the normative document with under development standard with recording, methods of the selection, acceptance, preparing the tests. Thereby, development of this standard extremely necessary.
