Owing to the explicit analytical expressions for intensity of diffuse scattering and absorption coefficients of coherent waves owing to diffuse scattering through characteristics of defects, the unique opportunity of non-destructive determination of characteristics of defects is achieved. The theory of diffuse scattering is applied to the important cases when there are essential the kinetic effects caused by a relaxation of short-range and long-range atomic and magnetic orders in nanoscale crystallites of solid solutions.
