Objective: to work out integrated differentiated rehabilitation programs and to assess their effectiveness.Methods: clinical, psychologico-experimental (KID and CDI questionnaires for parents), questioning (Zung and Spilberger-Khanin tests).Theoretical and practical results: there were worked out integrated differentiated programs for rehabilitating children of early age with disorders of neuropsychic development, the programs including medical, psychological, instructive and socialising components. There were singled out criteria for assessment the effectiveness of said programs (functional providing for the child development and the character of child-parent relations). There were shown positive dynamics of the developed criteria constituents: clinics, psychological features of the child development, andthe character of child-parent relations. There were distinguished the most sensitive to the methods of early intervention areas in the development of children aged up to 1,5 years (according to the developmental quotient), including: self-service, motor abilities and social skills. At the age of 1,5 up to 3,5 years such areas were: development of speech and its understanding, self-service and small motoricity. The necessity of long-term psychotherapeutic support of mothers to rise there adaptational psychological resources was proved. Novelty: there were worked out integrated differentiated programs for rehabilitating children of early age with disorders of neuropsychic development, and criteria of their effectiveness were singled out. Assessment of said programs effectiveness with consideration of the dynamics in clinicopsychological and psychosocial constituents as regards children development in early age, including child-parent relations, was carried out.
