Description

283 patients with with essential arterial hypertension. Methods - clinical, biochemical, immunofermental, instrumental. The pathogenetic meaningful clіnіcal and haemodynamіc (short duration of arterial hypertension with the development of targets-organs defeats, concentric type of the left ventriclar remodeling); high pulse arterial pressure at night; early development of the diastolic dysfunction) and metabolic (insulin resistance expresse ; presence of the impaired tolerance to glucose or hight insulin level after the loading test; high level of leptin or leptin resistance development) factors of unfavorable progress of arterial hypertension in patients with insulin resistance were found. The most optimal charts of the mono- and combined treatment of patients with essential arterial hypertension with insulin resistance with the use of antihypertensive treatments of the first line were elaborated, which improve the tissues sensitiveness to insulin or have no negative influence on insulin resistance,hypolipidemic agents (statines), antidiabetic drug (metformin), which can decline insulin resistance, braking the development of targets-organs defeats and progress of arterial hypertension.
