For decomposition and ripening of supersaturated alloys, the influence of random (stochastic) spatial distribution of precipitates was found to influence the mean size kinetics as well as size distribution. New approah to grain growth and coarsening has been proposed. It is based on the analysis of both thermodynamics as well as kinetics of the system in the so-called scaled space. The three-dimensional model of the void migration and shape evolution has been developed. It was applied to the migration of nano-void along the interface copper/dielectric under the high density current in the film with bamboo structure.
