Such problem solution is made on the basis of development and use of new mathematical models and calculation procedures for the nonuniform electric fields (EF) in insulation SHIC that allows to realize the scientific and technical maintenance of development of industrial production of domestic SHIC, which are increase a reliability, safety and energy-efficiency of overhead lines (OL) of voltage up to 35 kV.
