Study methods: clinical, morphological, cytochemical, imunophenotypical, histological and statistical. On the ground of effective treatment of CLL patients is adequate evaluation of patient's status and timely specific treatment. Adequate supportive therapy administration: antibacterial and antiviral medicines and desintoxication and vicarious therapy and hepatoprotectors led to minimization of chemotherapy complication and made needed cytostatic therapy in full volume and thanking it improve of quality of treatment and life .
