Ukraine is the industrial state with considerable metallurgical production offcuts of which are over 90 volumes % from a general amount, development of facilities of diminishing of amount of offcuts in this industry is actual direction of scientific researches. The modern state of problems of formation of offcuts and ecological danger which they draw is in-process considered, negative influence of industrial offcuts is rotined on a health population and state of natural resources, the methods of management of offcuts streams are analysed in a production environment. NDR is presented directed on the increase of efficiency of management ecological safety at handling the offcuts of production. Researches are executed directed on the exposure of dependences of formation of offcuts from the parameters of technological processes of productions and development of theory of management an ecological risk. Job performances are utillized in an educational process at preparation of master's degrees, specialists and bachelors, after specialities of metallurgical, welding, mechanic-metallurgical, power type and scientific and technical activity of students. On the base of job performances competitive technologies of production of goods are created. A scientific, scientific and technical, designer, technological and programmatic document will be developed, the cards of маловідходних technologies of production became, of high quality rental, zincked letter, shaped casting and agricultural product.
