At the Ukrainian observatory Terskol (the Northern Caucasus), an automatic telescope Celestron 11" is putted into operation. The observational techniques for various astronomical objects are developed and approved. The remote access control system of the telescope is installed and field proved. Astrometry and photometry of selected variable stars, galaxies, and space debris are performed.
