Object of examination: 54 ARS survivors. Methods of investigation: clinical examination, laboratorial, instrumental, mathematical, computer analysis. It was found that over 5 years after the irradiation the great growth of somatic and neurological pathology had been observed in ARS convalescents. This pathology was realized in 80-90% of patients till the end of 21 year after the radiation exposure. Clinical course of the most revealed diseases was characterized by slow progress and positive reaction on drug therapy. Malignant tumors were revealed in 5 ARS survivors and it constituted 6.8% of cases from total group population. The incidence of gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory, endocrine and hepatobiliary diseases as well as malignant tumors was not depended from absorbed dose value.
