Hydrodynamical conditions of distribution of melts streams of constructional basis and a working layer are investigated at filling cavities of foundry molds. Rational ways of liquid metal flows are determined and gating systems designs for pouriong of large-sized bimetallic castings are optimized. The basic laws of influence of technological parameters on temperature fields and crystallizing bimetallic castings kinetycs are investigated. Results of research of mechanical properties and stress- deformed conditions of bimetallic castings and cast-welded bimetallic designs are considered. Optimum temperature-time parameters of casting, modes of welding and thermal processing are resulted at manufacturing of cast - welded bimetallic designs.
