On the basis of created and before the developed modern means astrometric, photometric and spectral observation of small bodies Solar system: the selected comets (9Р/Теmple1, C/2004 Q2, fragmentations 73P/SW3,etc.), asteroids at smsll phase angles (44Nysa, TNO(55637)2002UX25, Centaur(60558) 2000EC98, etc.), potentially hazard prevention asteroids (Apophis and 2002AP3) and some objects of an artificial origin in Near-Eart space. Search and definition of parameters of movement of fragments of space "dust", the analysis of their movement is lead, the catalogue and a database of fragments of space "dust" in a geostationary orbit is added.Experiment on support of start of "a solar sail" is executed. The software for processing of CCD-images of star fields, programs for synchronous supervision by means of GPS accurate hour's services, software packages for precision astrometric processing images is created.
