The criteria on the selection of perspective territories for the placement (creation) of industrial parks and typical demands for working out of pilot projects on industrial park establishing have been offered. The proposals and recommendations on the systems of management and organizational and economic mechanism of industrial parks' activity have been worked out. Forms of typical agreements between the management company and the initiator of industrial park foundation on the industrial park management; between the management company and the participant of the industrial park on the maintenance of economic activity on the territory of the industrial park have been worked out.
