Purpose of work - analysis of methods, constructions and descriptions of working process of gas burner devices, development of burner devices for boilers and preliminary tests of such burner devices in the research laboratory and also on the objects of industry. Research method - literary data analysis about descriptions and constructions of burner devices, experimental methods of research of burner devices on an experimental stand by measuring of the regime parameters, experimental data processing on the corresponding methods. The burner device of jet -niche type, which showed high efficiency of work in the wide range of the regimes of air speed and gases heating or the coefficient of air surplus up at the use in boiling, industrial stoves and different types heaters, is offered. Recommendations concerning using the burner devices of jet-niche type with the purpose of increase of resource of boiler equipment are developed.
