The micromechanical and phenomenological models of plastic flow of porous billet were first developed, which allowed estimate qualitatively and quantitatively the rate sensitivity of powder material. The method of calculation of technological parameters for fabrication of details is first developed from powder porous billets at the static and dynamic loading with taking into account rate sensitivity. The proposed method of calculation of operating parameters of deforming process of porous billets with taking into account rate sensitivity allows to reduce power inputs at the simultaneous improvement in quality of wares from powder materials and, also, to increase the durability of tool set due to the decline of lateral pressure value.
