A purpose of work is an increase of efficiency management of the organizational systems with stream treatment of entrance tasks of a man on the basis of the dynamic model of individual, as a part of the system. For the research, methods of analysis of the systems, theories of the systems of automatic control, the theory of stability, the theory of differential equations, the theory of chances and mathematical statistics, expert estimations were used. In the process of the research, the mathematical model of process of treatment of input queue was developed by a man taking into account his psychephysiology parameters. The got model was probed on stability and adequacy of experimental information. Algorithms are offered for conducting of parameter authentication of model according to the experimental information which are based on genetic algorithms. For registration of time parameters of process functioning of man, the prototype of instrument room part was developed. The method of exposure of situations is offered, when an individual conducts manipulation with the input queue. The expected effect from introduction of research results will be collected due to more rational use of the working hours, validity made administrative decisions and exception of artificial manipulations, an individual with the input queue. The offered methods allow them to be used in any organizational system with stream character of treatment of tasks, if there is a possibility to register the temporal parameters of process.
