The aim of the development is determination of the effectiveness of implementation of modern high technologies, new materials and especially their works in road structures. The methods of the research is the examination of transport-operational condition of experimental sections and measure of transport-operational parameters of strength (modulus of elasticity), evenness and coefficient of bonding, testing of materials in laboratory. Monitoring of experimental sections built according using high technologies is carried out during three years as a result of monitoring there developed recommendation on their effective implementation.
