Such layers are used to avoid chemical interaction between YBa2Cu3O7-x (YBCO) films and the substrates with providing of epitaxial growth of the c-oriented YBCO films. As a barrier layer the films from cerium oxide and yttrium oxide was tested. The depositions were carried out at the temperatures 780 - 900 С. For examination of superconducting properties of received YBCO films the transport four-contact method of measuring and contactless low-frequency magnetic susceptibility method were designed. The method of YBCO films preparation for nanostructure investigation using of ion etching was discovered. Investigation of removed YBCO material quantity due to different conditions of argon ion beam etching was provided. Examinations of structural perfection of bicrystal substrates were carried out, by the method of X-ray diffraction. It was discovered that bicrystal substrates boundary is eessentially differ with perfection of border, which can contain rotation and tilting component. Using the two-beam laser deposition method, depositions of barrier layers and HTS YBCO films on bicrystal substrates were provided. Volt-ampere characteristics of bicrystal samples were measured and influence of an external constant magnetic field with different field orientation was investigated.
