It is established a difference in intensity of the epidemic process of the influenza in preepidemic year and postepidemic period in zones with the highest and lowest activities of a geomagnetic stream. For the first time it is shown, that the influence of a magnetic stream on a reproduction and properties of viruses of the influenza, enterovirusis and the HIV depends not only on its intensity and polarity (the South, the North), but also from biological features of viruses.
